This course provides you with an introduction in CI (Continuous Integration) concepts and gives you the necessary skills to implement them using Github Actions Pipelines.
After completing this course, you will be able to:
- Understand the benefits of continuous integration
- Make use of Github Actions as a CI platform
- Implementing a CI centered workflow to maintain a healthy master branch
Prerequisites
- A github account
- Knowledge about git (push/pull etc) on a basic level.
- Some knowledge of software development is recommended, as the example applications we display are Java/Gradle based with Docker containers, but it is not a requirement
- Please consider using a microphone and webcam for smooth communication during the event as there is a lot of hands-on exercises.
